Partner with The C Squared Group
As a member of the C Squared Group community (http://www.csquaredgroup.com/) we’d like you to have a first look at some opportunities to get involved.
On a regular basis, we are highlighting these opportunities in the hope that we can work more closely with some of you.
Please let us know if it is beneficial for you (or your firm) to work alongside us in the following capacities:
Midtown Conference / Meeting Room Space for Morning Events:
We are looking for a number of midtown based firms to partner with us in hosting morning networking events. Our Contacts and Coffee series can either be:
Host Committee/Brand Ambassadors:
We are actively looking for approximately 8 Host Committee/Brand Ambassadors for each of our industry events. Please email us at info@csquaredgroup.com answering the following questions if this is of interest:
Do you have relationships with sponsors that might have an interest in reaching a large (and rapidly growing) community of professionals? If so, we would love to hear from you. Please contact us at sales@csquaredgroup.com to discuss ways that we can collaborate.
Venues:
Our venue needs continue to grow with our roster of monthly events. We prefer to stay in midtown although we are happy to travel for the right venue. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any venue ideas you may have at venues@csquaredgroup.com.
Technology Development Work:
Although we handle all of our design (and most of our technology) in house, we do have some simple custom technology work that we need done. We would like to barter exposure and sponsorship to defray some of the cost. Please contact us to discuss in more detail at tech@csquaredgroup.com.
Event Volunteers:
Many of our events have staffing needs. If you have an interest in event planning and would like to volunteer, please let us know. We are always happy to consider larger opportunities for individuals with serious interest. Please e-mail us at volunteers@csquaredgroup.com to discuss further.
If it is beneficial for you (or your firm) to work alongside us, we look forward to discussing a mutually beneficial partnership.
Please contact us to discuss any of these further.
Many Thanks,
-The C Squared Group

About The C Squared Group’s Contacts and Charity Community:
Want to know which charities the C Squared Group has supported? Looking for resources for your non-profit?
The Contacts and Charity community has been designed to provide non-profit professionals (as well as people with an interest in getting more involved) with a platform to network and build meaningful relationships.
Contacts and Charity is an open community that welcomes a very wide range of people. This includes:
- Full Time Non-Profit Professionals: Although non-profit professionals have much in common, busy schedules often get in the way of networking and relationship building. The Contacts and Charity platform allows non-profit professionals the ability to meet on a monthly basis, share information, and potentially collaborate on projects.
- Interested Volunteers: We are all interested in giving back to the community. Finding the right organization, however, can often be a daunting challenge. The Contacts and Charity community is an ideal platform for interested volunteers to meet with a wide array of organizations. Meetings and follow up outside of Contacts and Charity events is encouraged.
- Board Level Professionals: Joining the board of a non-profit can be a very rewarding experience. Non-profit boards are governed by community leaders, business owners, and a wide range of professionals. The Contacts and Charity community is actively looking to introduce professionals with interest to non-profits that have board spaces available.
- Potential Donors: A large number of potential donors are looking for a personal relationship with organizations they financially support. Contacts and Charity provides a forum for this interaction.
- Media Professionals: Any media professional with an interest in either covering non-profits or learning more is welcome at Contacts and Charity events.
- Event Planning Professionals: Large events have become a medium for charities to communicate with the outside world. The Contacts and Charity platform allows event planning professionals to network with non-profit organizations and professionals.

Networking Events for NYC Medical, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology Professionals
The C Squared Group's New Networking Series
One of the most frequent inquiries we have fielded was from our many friends in the medical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries here in New York. In response, the C Squared Group is pleased to announce the launch of a new series of networking events geared for these professions.
Here is the latest:
1 – Launch of our “Contacts & Cocktails” Series -- Our launch event is scheduled for October 28th from 6pm-9pm at Porcão Rio's Churrascaria (360 Park Avenue South). We have the full private room for our group. The capacity is around 75. Full details are available at www.csquaredgroup.com.
2 – Call for Host Committee Members / Brand Ambassadors -- Although we do have substantial interest in this series already, we are actively looking to build our roster of host committee members / brand ambassadors. Host Committee Members / Brand Ambassadors are expected to (on a best efforts basis) attend each cocktail event, as well as assist with promotion and marketing. There are other perks that we are able to offer depending on level of involvement. Please email us at info@csquaredgroup.com if you are interested in getting involved or learning more about this opportunity.
3 – Content and Potential Sponsor Relationships – Over time, many of our groups evolve and a demand for content emerges. In addition, once the group reaches critical mass, there are various opportunities for potential sponsors. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@csquaredgroup.com with any thoughts on either of these topics.
We welcome any feedback you may have on this series and whether or not we need to further narrow the focus. All comments will be reviewed by a member of our team within 24 hours of being received.

Networking to find Jobs (not Steve)
One of the most frequently asked questions the C Squared Group receives is whether or not job seekers are welcome at our events.
Some thoughts on this topic:
1 – We at the C Squared Group have a deep appreciation for the challenges that job seekers face in the current market – And there are many ways we can help. However, in order to preserve the integrity and focus of our events, C Squared Group events are strictly closed to job seekers.
2 – The C Squared Group does look to verify employment status of all attendees at our events. This is an imperfect process due to the large number of events that we host. We do ask that all attendees respect these restrictions and we will make sure we continue to improve our screening processes. One way we are doing this is by building out our Host Committee and Brand Ambassador programs.
3 – We are actively developing out a platform to help promote compelling job opportunities to our large and growing audience of qualified professionals. If you are an employer looking to hire, a recruiter looking to promote your available positions, or a job seeker – Please contact us at info@csquaredgroup.com to discuss ways the C Squared Group can be of assistance.
